My stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms had more character than I'm used to in Germany, which made it quite pleasant. However, being near the lifts meant I could hear every time someone went in and out. The service was super friendly and polite, and the staff even offered a free breakfast to make up for some issues. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro for city exploration. The dining experience was good, with a nice selection of dishes, and the morning crew was lovely.
