splendid stay, every DETAIL matters
great proximity friendly staff helpful staff easy downtown
i appreciated the Proximity this hotel had to the blue-line metro. it made going downtown very easy. the staff was very friendly and helpful. a jersey girl tending bar in the lobby was great. the hotel is also a short walk from the metro.
the door slammed very loudly. this made a LOT of noise. this issue disturbed sleep. more control could prevent disturbances.

the gym includes adequate equipment for a full workout. the pool is clean and inviting. the spa offers a relaxing environment.

the room included a large king-size bed. it also featured a modern bathroom. amenities included high-speed wifi and a flat-screen television.

fresh fruit friendly staff amazing breakfast
The breakfast had many options. Fresh items included fruits, breads, pastries, meats and cheese, juice, coffee, espresso. The onsite restaurant and bar is fantastic. I had a steak cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly.
Housekeeping needs improvement. I noticed trash in the bathroom bin upon arrival. The wine glasses in the room were not removed .
